What to contact us about
- Incorrect or outdated data. Spotted a carpark with the wrong rate, a missing ERP gantry, or availability that doesn't match reality? Tell us the carpark or road name and what you saw — it helps us improve accuracy for everyone.
- Feature requests. Want a new filter, a new data source, or a feature we don't have yet? We genuinely read every suggestion.
- Bug reports. If something doesn't work on your device or browser, let us know what happened and which phone/browser you were using.
- Advertising & partnerships. For advertising, sponsorship, or data-partnership enquiries, reach out by email with the subject line "Partnership".
- Privacy questions. For anything about your data, see our Privacy Policy or email us directly.
Help us help you
When reporting a data issue, including the following makes it much easier for us to fix things quickly:
- The carpark name, road name, or postal code involved.
- What you expected to see versus what was shown.
- The date and approximate time you noticed it.
- Your device and browser (e.g. iPhone Safari, Android Chrome).
