Please read these terms carefully before using ParkWhere SG.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ParkWhere SG website and its features (the "Service"), available at https://parkwhere.sg. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
ParkWhere SG is a free, informational tool that aggregates and displays real-time Singapore carpark availability, parking rates, Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) rate information, traffic camera images, and electric-vehicle charging locations, primarily sourced from public open-data services. It is provided to help you plan trips and find parking.
2. No warranty & accuracy disclaimer
The Service and all information on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to keep data accurate and current, we do not guarantee that carpark availability, parking rates, ERP charges, traffic conditions, or EV charging information are complete, accurate, reliable, or up to date.
- Live data may lag real-world conditions; a carpark shown as available may be full by the time you arrive, and vice versa.
- Rates and ERP charges change and may differ from what is displayed.
- Distances and route estimates are approximate.
Always follow on-site signage, official rates, and traffic rules. The Service is a planning aid and not a substitute for official sources.
3. Safe use while driving
Do not use the Service while operating a vehicle. Check parking and route information before you begin driving or ask a passenger to do so. You are solely responsible for driving safely and complying with all applicable traffic laws.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParkWhere SG and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including but not limited to wasted time, fuel, parking fees, fines, or charges — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any reliance on its information.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service without permission;
- copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service's content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
6. Third-party data, links & advertising
The Service relies on third-party data (including LTA DataMall, HDB, URA, OneMap and Google Maps) and may contain links to or content from third-party websites and advertisers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. 7. Intellectual property
The ParkWhere SG name, logo, design, original text, and software are the property of ParkWhere SG and protected by applicable laws. Underlying open data remains the property of its respective providers. You may share links to our pages, but you may not reproduce substantial portions of our original content without attribution and permission.
8. Independence
ParkWhere SG is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Land Transport Authority (LTA), HDB, URA, or the Government of Singapore.
9. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
